One zone of my old system completely failed but decided to replace both. Remaining zone kept house comfortable so not an emergency and I didn't demand a rush job. Scheduled 1 week out. 3 man crew replaced both zones in about 11 hours. Covered all carpet to reduce mess. Very careful not to damage anything. Owen was a great communicator.
